The early Steps team is led by Michelle Underwood, BCBA, a PhD student from the Centre for Educational Development Appraisal and Research department of the University of Warwick. Her research is focused on school readiness in children with additional needs.
Carina Greening, BCaBA shares this role with Michelle and together they have worked for 18 years as independent consultants, in homes and schools and employed as case managers for charities and providers of behaviour intervention services for children with autism and developmental delay.
Early Steps is applied in a group setting but more individualised provision in areas across the South of England may be possible, please contact us for more information.
